George's Beach Club

Amazing place, and really friendly, down-to-earth staff. Went out for lunch with my family and our little dog. Everyone enjoyed it - the atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious (and huge portions), and the service is top-notch. My 11 year old liked it so much he begged to go back the following day, and wanted to bring his cousins along too. All round great place, and would highly recommend the anyone

Fantastic food and fresh drinks. We ordered the fish and chips to share as it comes with 4 pieces of fish and a fair amount of chips. The fish was amazing and the tartar sauce was the perfect addition. We also split a cheesy garlic flatbread and finished our meal with a cinnamon sugar doughnut. We had some Good George slushie drinks and enjoyed the beachy atmosphere.

An awesome place to bring the kids! Fun vibe with swings, cool lights and bean bag chairs; my son was entertained the entire time. Menu was pricy, but most places in Raglan seem to be. Food was good but nothing fancy; and the cider shushies were delicious!

Friday evening quick dinner at George's Beach Club. We had fantastic pizzas - really impressed with the light fluffy base on the cheesy garlic bread! Great seafood chowder with lots of fish, mussels and prawns and enjoyed the refreshing cider slushies. Initially seated at the back near the bathrooms, I asked for the staff to move us to another table and they were accommodating for us. My last dinner on a recent visit to NZ so I was glad to be enjoying the sunset and see a bit of the water from the front of the venue.

We pulled into Raglan late and hungry and stumbled into the nearest restaurant and so glad we did! Although it was cold and rainy, we were warm and cozy inside the patio which was bright with colorful lights. The swings looked like so much fun! Our host and server was engaging and brought our drinks and food quickly. The seafood chowder was delicious, but the pizza was the highlight with a perfect crust from the wood-fired pizza oven. And don't miss out on the signature dessert - can't go wrong with a donut and cinnamon and ice cream! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at George Beach Club in Raglan. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely—relaxed and stylish, perfect for a beachside escape. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this spot if you're in Raglan—definitely a 5 out of 5!

Such delicious food - the broccolini in sesame dressing is so good, and the meals came really quickly. Not to mention the donut!!
